Who Am I?

I am an accomplished technical leader with over a decade of experience creating and leading top-performing engineering teams across diverse industries including academia, defense, consumer, and commercial/industrial sectors. My strong communication skills, both verbal and written, allow me to effectively lead daily interactions with engineers, executives and clients. I excel at collaborating across functional departments, including with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and People Operations, to generate business and foster healthy teams. I am a hands on leader, as comfortable presenting in a board room as I am installing prototype hardware in a 110°F warehouse. I believe that success requires more than fulfilling requirements and lies in delivering a product that generates successful business outcomes.
